噴淋房：鋼管經(jīng)3PE涂敷后，進(jìn)入冷卻室進(jìn)行降溫定型。冷卻室配備升降噴淋裝置，可根據(jù)3PE管徑大小進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，根據(jù)不同管徑的3PE產(chǎn)品通過(guò)控制流量來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)降溫定型。冷卻室內(nèi)的驅(qū)動(dòng)部分均配備水隔離裝置從而起到保護(hù)電氣元件的作用。
Spray room: after 3PE coating, the steel pipe enters the cooling room for cooling and finalization. The cooling room is equipped with lifting spray device, which can be adjusted according to the size of 3PE pipe diameter, and the cooling and finalization can be realized by controlling the flow of 3PE products with different pipe diameters. The driving part of the cooling room is equipped with water isolation device to protect the electrical components.
