該作業(yè)線是把絕熱層和防腐層同時包覆在鋼管外表面上，從而形成管道的保溫防腐層，
屬國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)。與其他方法相比，具有連續(xù)作業(yè)、生產(chǎn)效率高、成本低、節(jié)約能源、無污
染環(huán)境等突出優(yōu)點，經(jīng)過技術升級，達到國際先進水平。 
工藝特點：

用一步法成型工藝成的管道絕熱防腐生產(chǎn)線自動化程度高，絕熱防腐層的質(zhì)量完全符合
國家標準。 
該技術自研制成功以來，經(jīng)過升級改進完善，目前已形成作業(yè)管線范圍達φ48mm～
φ426mm。主要用于原油輸送管道、直埋式供熱管和制冷系統(tǒng)管道的絕熱防腐，應
用前景十分廣泛，投資回報率極高，可應用于集中供熱單位、遠距離輸油、供水、供
氣等工程。
